What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Most home decor items and small furniture pieces are delivered within 5-7 business days. Larger furniture items may require freight shipping and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
While most of our items are designed for easy DIY assembly with included tools, we do offer premium White Glove Delivery for select large furniture pieces which includes room-of-choice placement and full assembly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status directly through your Moji Mall account dashboard under the 'Order History' section.
Are the colors of products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting and variations in monitor settings, slight color differences may occur. We recommend checking customer review photos for real-world perspectives.
