Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Moji Mall account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
